Hi Folks,

As I was working on an application using PICLite, I found a few problems:

1.  If you are getting the remainder ("//"), the wrong address will be
returned for the lower eight bits.

2.  The 16C71.DEF file had an incorrect Default value.

3.  If you tried compiling a file with no source statements, the program
would hang.

These problems have been fixed and I also changed the ways the Config
Registers are defined so it's similar to that of MPLAB.
