Does anybody else do work this fine > with success? > We HAVE to run traces between DIP pads - our boards are 16" by 1". You don't have much of a choice you put a 40 pin DIP on such a narrow board. Ours is a 4-layer PCB - no problems running over -40 to +150 deg C. Of course, you've got to use good PCB material - the normal (FR4?) starts to get soft at high temperature. > HOW SMALL do you dare make a trace on a board? We go down to 0.012".
