Hi
        We are designing a 8bit ISA card using PIC16C65A.  The reset line
and IRQ2 lines does not work.  We have portB,1 program to send a high
when read happens the line goes high for 500ns but system level does
not see an IRQ.  Same problem with the reset, We send a software reset
using address 394 which decodes in our EPLD and sends a low for 500ns but
still PIC does not resets. Putting a manual switch on the reset
works fine.  We have tried different analog circuits but they are two
slow.
