     PCB Compiler for 52-58 and PIC12Cxx $99
     PCM Compiler for 61-92x and 14000 $99
     PCW Professional Package (Windows IDE with both PCB and PCM) $350

Note that the PCB and PCW now do the 12Cxx as well.
