I had the same problem with Explorer. I got the files by looking at the source for the page, then accessed the file directly on the URL line. The problem is that you have FTP: instead of HTTP: on the link in your page (Thermo is correct and works fine) I think that to get FTP: to work with all versions you need to supply the complete URL in the link instead of a relative address.
