I asked a friend of mine in China, and he replied (apologies for the broken English: The water-resistant pen is buyed from electronic's shop. It have a "OHP-marker edding 142M" marking.I don't know where you get it in states. You can buy any water-resistant pens such as PILOT permanent and make a holder to fit it in your plotter.
