Use a 3.6864Mhz crystal. You can get perfect 9600 with BRGH=0. These
crystals are also cheap.

The following commonly available crystal frequencies give you 0% error
on the common baud rates :
1.8432MHz
3.6864MHz
11.0592MHz

Why punish yourself with other frequencies?
