The 16C66-67 and 16C76-77 work with BRGH=1. I've used the
16C77 at 115200baud with a 16mhz clock. I also used a
16C74 (no a) with this same clock (BRGH=1) and it seemed
to work also, but that wasn't the production part (the 16C77 was).
