You might want to look at the MAXIM (MAX038) High Freq Function Generator.
It is capable of freq from 0.1 HZ to 20 Mhz. MAXIM web site is
http://www.maxim-ic.com. You can download spec sheets and they will also
sent you a free sample just for asking.
