David, I'd be interested in working on this project. I'd prefer just to charge an hourly rate($15/hr) or a flat fee (which I'd have to think about). I've already built a very similar device (a pulse generator) for the lab I work in. I work cheap because I'm a grad student. I have a C compiler so it really would not take long to knock out.
