Well quite straightforward:- 1. Thermocouple sensors (usual range 100C to 600C approx) 2. Pressure sensor ah la motorola 3. Hot wire mass air flow sensor - ah la Bosch 4. Industrial spec'd PIC in peltier cooler if you really want short wire links to the thermocouple ;-) 4.
