Hi,

Can anyone point me at a source of public domain software that will produce
a JEDEC standard output file for programming PALSA and GALS?

Alternatively, does anyone have a copy of the National Semiconductor program
called PLAN which they were giving away some years ago that did the same
thing. It is no longer on their site.
