Wow. That's alot like my 5 step trouble-shooting guide to fix any software

1. Close and re-open the software package. If the problem persists:
2. Reboot the computer. If the problem persists:
3. Re-install the trouble-some software package. If the problem persists:
4. Format your hard disk drives. Re-install the OS, re-install the
software. If the problem persists:
5. Goto 1.
