I came across this low cost Serial I/O Real Time clock, but I don't have the
 data sheets for it.  Can
anyone give me a brief overview of how you interface to it.  (e.g, is it like
 the Panasonic 4 pin or
the Dallas 3 pin or something entirely different.)
