Hi,

I see that you know a little about PIC microcontrollers,
I asked about tv and video signals, because I have some schematics
and information about Universal Decoder using PIC16C54.
I know a little about tv signals, but I don't know if a PIC microcontroller
could generate black/white video.
I'm asking these questions.
