They are a non-standard item, that is, you won't find them at Digi-Key or
any such sort.

You can buy them from http://www.fmadirect.com if you like.  They had a
mold made to make them by the gazillions, and are fast replacing other
second-source vendors in the hobby market.  That's where I buy mine for the
speed controls I make (see http://www.users.fast.net/~montana/root.html and
follow "standard products").
