I don't know where you might find code, but the Maplin Magazine May 97 had a project using a PIC16C71 to decode MSF and feed an LCD display and also output via a serial port to a PC. You should be able to obtain the magazine as a back issue from Maplin, it includes a reasonable discription of the MSF signal. The code isn't provided unfortunately, it just gives the authors address to buy pre-programmed chips from!. You could always try contacting him, perhaps he might help?.
