In addition to what I mentioned in my previous message, I've also found
that if I continue to program the chip in spite of the warning, offset 0x7
is not correctly programmed and gets a 0x3fff instead of what should be
there, and all the locations above 0x100 get 0x0 instead of 0x3fff.  This
is the same on more than one chip, so I don't know what's going on...
