I'd guess that a lot of people get the 'Digest' version of PICLIST, so
how about a single SMALL message at end of each days digest ? That will
use much smaller headroom than on each & every message ! The users that
get individual messages probably don't need/want the FAQ,etc message.
Or is it just me thinking that way ?  :-)  BTW, I get digest version.
And yes, people SHOULD keep the initial message they get on sign-up !
