     It's all bandwidth.  Any distinction between message size
     and message count is facile.

     I'll overlook your refusal to acknowledge the "equivalent"
     in my message, I'll even rise above 'skewed' and 'misleading'
     (I'm nothing if not civilised), but how dare you imply that I
     might be a leech on the body politic!

     And anyway, who said the provision of bandwith was a "core
     promise".  :)
