     Well, I suppose Jory Bell would have to set it up.

     But...  The piclist averages about 50 messages per
     day.  Add two lines per message.  100 extra message
     lines per day.  That's the equivalent of about 20
     unsubscribe messages per day!

     We wouldn't average more than two unsubscribe messages
     per week at the moment.

     So to solve the problem of two dud messages per week
     we introduce twenty (equivalent) dud messages per day?
