Is there someone who could tell me where to find a description of
the *.COD file format produced by MPASM.  I have managed to pick apart a
few things, like where the actual code data is placed, but I can't find
parameters like program length, or where to place different segments of
code (if an ORG statement is used).  Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
