There are many small single board CCD cameras around.  When you
get the RF link working, give me a jingle.  I have a lot of color LCD view
 finders
from Sony cameras in my junk box.  You simply add two voltages and a
video signal.  It is small enough to mount on a headband so you can
watch your plane normally with one eye, and look at the cockpit view
with the other.

Sorry, I know this is not a directly pic-related question.

Does anyone know where I can buy small, light, inexpensive CCD video cameras
(I am considering both black-and-white as well as color). My application is
to mount one in a radio controlled airplane and hook it to an amateur
television transmitter, to get in-flight video, just as if I were in the
cockpit!
