I think it was obvious to everyone I asked about the Sony - but unfortunately
many people *do* tend to misread the grammer very badly, for this I
blame the newspapers and other mass media - its amazing how such places
have damaged a once precise language by perpetuating slovenly grammer and
expecting people to understand the consistency of the English language.
