Hi all

I need your help.

I have 2 four bit encoder. On pic16c622 I only have 6 pins available.
the only way of interfacing 4 bit encoder will be using multiplexed
method.
But the problem is that I am not good on this multiplex system never
done any project. the only thing I know that I have to test each switch
one by
one if it is high or low copy TO somewhere else and comma should turn on
and off with
each bit test in order to do serial test bit.?

I need little starting code. or Idea of how this multiplexed system
works.
