In line with the Stamp and PIC mains safety thread I am posting
the following information.



Looking in the back of my powerbox (TM) catalogue I found a list of
standards that make for good reading when designing for mains operation.

Some of the standards that are mentioned are/will be superceeded but
have essentially the same information with perhaps a few value changes.

The catalogue itself also includes about 4 pages of interesting reading
at the back (whence these standards numbers).
