No autorouting, rules/netlist checking. Check out Next up I'd suggest TraxMaker, by MicroCode, Windows32 based, about $500. Autoroutes, does DRC. Reads Protel files. I'm not being sarcastic or anything here BTW, this engine seems to include most of the others, and doesn't come up with the famous '20 records of 200000 that met your search' - crap that some do, or have a lot of dupes in it.
