Hey guys, as someone who does tech support once a month, it ain't easy to get past the language barriers -- not to mention cultural barriers. I was on the other side of it getting tech support from Taiwan and it was rough going. My Taiwanise is non-existant so the poor guy on technical support had to try to communicate technical concepts in what was clearly not his first language. I had my grade school education in Germany, but positively die when it comes to jargon in German. I suspect shitty foreign tech support does have to a lot to do with language.
