Hello Bob, I have hundreds of '73-04. I use them HS designs and they always work great. I just program them as HS parts. If you have never heard of this it goes like this. The die for all parts starts out with the oscilator fuses at 0. When you buy a 20MHz device all you are paying for is the fact that they tested it at 20 MHz and pre-programed the fuses. I have friends who have done 100,000 parts this way and had less then 10 parts fail. I have been doing this for years with no problems.
