A few weeks ago our beloved (hack cough) President Clinton went down to
Mexico for a visit.

Their government had to bus people in from the countryside in order to get
enough people to make him think he was welcome.  If I'm not mistaken, he
was in Mexico City.  World's largest city (or darn close to it), you know,
and they have to bus in the crowd!

They probably also told them the Pope was coming.  What a disappointment
that must have been!
