Many moons ago I called Microchip and asked the same question.  The man
replied "No... It does not support NT and we have no plans to do so..."
Sounds like a mistake to me.  I feel that Microchip should support Irix,
Unix, Linux, Dos, Mac OS, NT and 95 to increase the amount of machines
that can program pics.  Well... Not all of them...  I would like to run
EVERYTHING under Win NT just for speed and stability reasons.
