     What is your RDS_on, VDS max requirements?
        Look at IR's Z series that contains the letter "L" such as IRFLZ24
     these devices typically have Vgs thresholds in the 1 to 2 Volt range.
     If you need more power, Siemens has some nice "Smart Drives" such as
     the BTS410 series which takes TTL inputs and provides high power
     output (via internal charge pumps) with a diagnostic line to boot
     (Viele Duetsch Marks).  Siliconix is my favorite with SO8 duals,
     singles, and mixed P/N Channels in the same package.  Not much power
     dissipation, but very small.  National, Mot, IR, and Harris are
     creating similar products, but Siliconix seems to be the leader in
     innovation.
