It includes a DOS program and a new firmware load (16C42) which is provided in a Hex file. It is now sold as a product ( I believe $20.00) from links on his page I have not got the final version, but the beta stuff has worked fine. Rough in a couple of areas, but functions fine. Otherwise, MCHIP has the original driver software on their site under the "TOOLS" link. You also need Firmware 2.0 if you want to program any of the 16c62X parts or anything that has come out in the last year or so in 8, 18, or 28 pin packages. Have Fun....
