Does anybody have an official word on pricing for the 16C58 vs. 16C558?

We are working on a project which is currently using the '58, and are about
to take it to production in 10K's.  Checking Digi-Key's pricing, the cost
for the '558 is already less than the 58, so I'm also wondering how long
the '58 is going to be in production.
