i once made enquiries ( i am in sydney ) for ten 60x30mm pcbs, single
sided, and they were $13.something each. the makers want to know how many
sides(layers), how many holes, how many different hole sizes, size of the
board, silk screening etc. and for just a few you will have to pay between
100 and 200 $ probably.  as for the manufacturers, i can't remember the
name of the people i asked or their phone number but buy a copy of
electronics australia or
silicon chip from a newsagent and look in the back, since these are
hobbyist mags, the manufacturers there cater for the little poeple. hope
