Minimum cost for a 4"x4" double sided plated-through board solder-levelled
is under $200 (you get several boards for that price). There's also a newer
outfit whose name escapes me right now but who advertise in the electronics
mags (WNIE, Electronics News etc.) who are offering one panel, as much as
you can fit on it, solder masks and overlay, for something close to
that price.
