They provide a prototype service where they'll do 3, 6 or 9 boards. I think they put all the PCBs onto one big board and submit that to the manufacture, so as to reduce the cost. There address is: Don Alan Electronics 107ABurbridge Rd, Hilton SA 5033 Ph: (08) 43 3957 Fax:(08) 234 5339 email: donald@donalan.com.au The cost for quality double sided plated thru vias with silkscreen is; cost = Num($10(Xinch + 0.5) x (Yinch +0.5)) + $30 tooling where Num is the number of boards 3, 6 or 9. If you want more than 9 boards they will give you a quote. They are basically set up for doing prototype boards. They do batch runs about twice a month. They take the PCB layout in Protel or LabCEntre format. When you contact them, they will send you a kit containing EasyTrax and a neat program that will run over your Protel file calculate the exact cost and check the board for complience to their requirements. You can then email the output file to them. I've had a couple of boards made by them and I'm very pleased. I have no connection with them other than a satisfied customer. They also do 4 layer boards as well now. I hope this helps, Peter -- _______________________________________________________________________ Peter Homann email: peterh@adacel.com.au Work : +61 3 9596-2991 Adacel Pty Ltd Fax : +61 3 9596-2960 250 Bay St, Brighton 3186, VIC, AUSTRALIA Mobile : 014 025-925
