Hello:
        I'm new to working with PICs. I saw an ad for an in-circuit
programmer by the Micro-Engineering Lab people. It was pretty pricey. They
want $39 for the basic programmer, $49 for the in-circuit adapter and even
more again for the cable! This is outrageous. There must be a better way.
