Hi Jiri, The May 1992 issue of Elektor Electronics magazine had an article on an inexpensive GAL programmer, and later had a followup article with a modification for newer GALs(in particular the 22v10). The author's name is M. Nosswitz. Elektor is not very popular here in the States, but in Europe it is widely available, you might be able to find back issues. There was a PC board available.
