I've been using a RICE-16 from Advanced Transdata for the '74 and '55
and the CCS "C" compliler.  I've experienced some unreliabilities.
The emulator sometimes doesn't really run when started and I halt and
restart and it works.  Also I can't go beyond 10 Mhz with the
RICE-16.  Has anyone seen similar problems with a mathias?  Can you
go above 10 Mhz with Mathias?  What about PICmaster?
