Further to that comment about the silver electrodes, etc how about looking at EEG suppliers for some of the sensor gear? It must be somewhat of a 'consumable' as far as the specialists go. Further, they seem to use a saline solution/gel to ensure good contact, and work best when hair is 'clean' (no sprays, gels, grease etc). This is assuming that biofeedback works something like EEG's.
