My response is to the last request; "Brain Waves".  A magazine
by the name of "Radio Electronics", June of 1973, article dealing with
"Theta Brain Wave Monitor".

        You will probably have a better chance of finding better info
on this subject by searching the internet, using the keywords; "Theta"
and "Brain Wave".

        It's a starting point anyway.  I no longer have this magazine.
I do not know where you could find a copy of the article.
