yea......FOXI is the fiber bother to TAXI...sure, mor expensive, but a
non-software type solution.  Now...not to say it can't be done with a
PIC, or that you have done it....

Sometimes, is seems we just TRY and make a PIC do a job something off
the shelf could do just as easy....

no flames...and this had better not spawn a whole new thread of "making
PICS fit into a project"
