Hello,

   I am a beginner in programming pics.  I do have an electronics
background.  I was going to build Octavio's ProPic programmer, and put
it off.  I have now decided to build it.


   I want to start off slow and inexpensive, being a student.  What I
want to know, is where can I get the software to create a hex file in
order to program the pic16c84?
