The kind of software you want normally runs with a specific PC card and
the hardware determines the capability. What u need can be done with a
data aquisition card and we've developde software capable of givig what
u need. I can even give you a customised package if you can be more
specific as to your software needs. At the current Rand/Dollar exchange
rate it will be very cheap to tune to your needs.
