 To COM4, of course.
Yes,your modem at com2 and your device at com4 shared the
same IRQ3, but (I sure :) not at the SAME time.
 Against this, your mouse work all time so you don't use
com3 because IRQ4 is busy.

P.S. I also have mouse at com1, ext.moem at com2 and varios devices,
I connect to com4.
