I wrote a little object which drive the serial port thrue Windows function.
This object is in charge to send/receive data and wait until finishing
transmission/reception.
The object is wrote in C++, Borland C++4.5 exactly but I thing it can be
easily translate ine Microsoft C++ or other C++.
