There are two that I know of, and you ought to be able to find them at any
of the  "good" ftp sites(is Simtel-20 still operational?). These two
cross-assemblers I see are on a couple of shareware cd-roms that I have.

If you can search the internet, look for "tasm" or "table-driven assembler"
or "pseudosam".
