Yes, I know might be slightly off topic but,

I recently got a 19" Hitachi HM-4119-S-AA-O monitor - fixed frequency, it
has 5 BNCs which I can connect to a SVGA card with correct syncs etc.

I'm looking for a do it yourself kit for PC - ISA bus.

Anything out there using PICs (or anything else for that matter) or
has anybody got a PC card they are prepared to sell ?
