Has anyone done this or know enough to help me As long as you are in master mode (as you will be when using IIC EE memory), it won't matter which PIC you are using. The best solution is to get hold of the data books on the memory, or even one of the PICs with hardware slave modules. It is explained in a simple way. If you understand what you are doing, your software will be more reliable. -- Friendly Regards Tjaart van der Walt mailto:tjaart@wasp.co.za _____________________________________________________________ | Another sun-deprived R&D Engineer slaving away in a dungeon | | ASP International http://wasp.co.za | | GSM and GPS value-added applications | | Voice : +27-(0)11-622-8686 | Fax : +27-(0)11-622-8686 | |_____________________________________________________________|
